I'm sure some will argue they all work just as hard for their clients but my question refers to the hours, paperwork, time ect. for their compensation.....Do Flat-Fee Agents work less for their compensation than a Full-time Agent......
I don't know the answer in all honesty but will never believe all the different duties, responsibilities or hours are equal for each choice....What's your opinion?

I'm wondering how common it is that a borrower who is pre-approved for a loan, ends up being unable to get actual approval? Is this a common occurence, or the exception?

Housing has been one of the key focus areas for Obama during his first year in office – he tried to keep homeowners in their homes with the Mortgage Relief plan and tried to spur sales with the First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit, among other things. How would you grade his performance on housing and what do you think needs to be done in 2010?
