222 wood landing and I wanted to find out once sold how much the subsidy was. I noticed once sold the house was deleted from your sites and ALL sites. I believe to mask the subsidy so a person can not determine what the real house sells for.
I have also have been tracking houses for several months and I noticed that the DOMp actually gets set back when it is not suppose to (12801 Glendale Ct). I first saw this house in April. Now I see it listed with a DOMp for about 60 days. So I see you are able to mess with the system. Best to print it if you see it.

I’ve been looking at various Agents’ websites, but it still seems something that I need to research more and more. Is it acceptable to meet with different Agents, just once, to see if they are a good match?

Figured it expired in April…but not sure if this is correct. I’d still like to be able to get my first home and get the tax credit.

I'm sure some will argue they all work just as hard for their clients but my question refers to the hours, paperwork, time ect. for their compensation.....Do Flat-Fee Agents work less for their compensation than a Full-time Agent......
I don't know the answer in all honesty but will never believe all the different duties, responsibilities or hours are equal for each choice....What's your opinion?

I'm wondering how common it is that a borrower who is pre-approved for a loan, ends up being unable to get actual approval? Is this a common occurence, or the exception?

Housing has been one of the key focus areas for Obama during his first year in office – he tried to keep homeowners in their homes with the Mortgage Relief plan and tried to spur sales with the First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit, among other things. How would you grade his performance on housing and what do you think needs to be done in 2010?
